Pelpro. We have a new pelpro pp130-b unit that was installed last Sunday. It's been operating fine till this morning. It had one blinking red light, indicating the hopper was empty. However, it had plenty of pellets. We've been able to restart the stove, it will burn for maybe 20-30 minutes then it shuts down. It's not feeding consistently.

The castle thermostat will lower the stove to level 1 once it reaches desired temp and then it will not raise the level. You will have to do that manually. My castle runs on manual 24/7. We just change the level based on weather.

This happened to me twice before I figured it out. If you put only two bags in the hopper, you won't have any issues. To reset the snap disc, just remove the left panel. It is located on the auger shaft just above the exhaust fan. Just push it in with a pencil or something. Pelpro helped me with this the first time.
